By creating an account or using MailboxRadar you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the service.
MailboxRadar provides email deliverability monitoring, DNS health checks, blacklist monitoring, and related tools. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service. You may not share your account or create accounts for others without their consent.
You agree not to: use the service for unlawful purposes; attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems; reverse-engineer or scrape the service; or use the service to monitor domains you do not own or have permission to monitor.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Payments are processed by Stripe. You may cancel at any time; your plan remains active until the end of the billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods except where required by law.
The Free plan is provided as-is with no service-level guarantees. We may change or discontinue the Free plan at any time with 30 days' notice.
MailboxRadar and its content are the property of Media Technology Ltd. You retain ownership of any data you submit. You grant us a limited licence to process your data for the purpose of providing the service.
The service is provided "as is". We make no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its results will be accurate. DNS and blacklist data is sourced from third parties and may not reflect real-time status.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of India.
We may update these Terms. We will notify you by email and by a notice on this page at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
